Users must undergo a mandatory qualification process. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity that fails to provide verifiable corporate documentation, including but not limited to POF, BCL, or past BLs.
All participants agree that any information received through our network regarding specific allocations, pricing, or corporate identities is strictly confidential. Standard ICC NCNDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement) terms apply to all communications.
While we rigorously vet all parties, PEI PADIMAR does not guarantee the ultimate performance of a third-party contract. International trade involves inherent risks; users are responsible for their own due diligence prior to signing SPAs.
We do not operate with entities or individuals listed on international sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC). Any attempt to use our platform for prohibited transactions will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
PEI PADIMAR shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from market price fluctuations, logistics delays, or third-party non-performance.
